- Hi Dean, I'd been putting off the upgrade
of my house electrical service for some time, concerned
about the conversion cost, changes required to the service
area, length of outage and coordination of activities with
BC Hydro. After meeting with you to go through what I had in
mind, you knew exactly what I wanted, answered all my
questions (and there were lots) and left me with the feeling
I was dealing with a caring and qualified individual. You
coordinated a date convenient for me when your electricians
and BC Hydro were available and assured me the service
upgrade was doable in one day without compromising on the
quality of the installation. You were right. Your crew
arrived when you said the would, Hydro arrived on schedule,
the old 100A service was removed (feed lines from street,
mast, meter base, 100A panel and breakers) and replaced with
a completely new 200A service. By end of day, all house
circuits were tied back into the new panel in a very neat
and professional manner, power was on, circuits were
verified working throughout the house, panel was labeled and
the work area cleaned up. I am really happy with the work
done and Electricians provided for this job. It was a
worry-free and enjoyable experience (I like these sort of
things - what can I say) which exceeded my expectations. I
wish you and your company good health and prosperity in
2012.

DEA Electric Inc. finished the scope of their work on time
and for the quoted amount. Dean Fech was very good at
finding solutions to the problems in achieving our goals in
renovating the wiring of our old house. There have been no
problems with the work that was done. His crew were
reliable, adaptable, courteous, efficient and clean in the
delivery of their services. It was a pleasant experience
having them in our home. I would not hesitate to have them

When we selected Dea Electric, we received a lot more than
expected. All requests were met within budget, on time and
many suggestions for saving money. Attitude of all craftsmen
was superb - all the time. Cooperation with other
contractors was always there. The Owner, Dean Fech, followed
up AFTER each segment to assure we understood the operation
of the many illuminations and power controlled equipment.
What more could be asked, on budget, on time and great
attitude.
